TT rolling diaphragm allows our customer to realize the unique industry leading low flow capability with extremely stable control on its pressure reducing valve. As the testing result shows, the pressure gauge remains stable throughout full range of adjustment and stem does not fluctuate at even the lowest flows. That's to say, with this rolling diaphragm technology, one valve can take care of the entire flow range requirements.
Also the dimension of the diaphragm is much smaller than the traditional flat diaphragm. This means the actual main valve cover is smaller that takes less space, easier to handle, and uses less water than the traditional flat diaphragm valve to operate the main valve. Besides, the rolling diaphragm also lasts longer than flat diaphragm because it is not acceptable to the stretching and flexing of its counterpart.
